A Non-profit organization that was incorporated July 23, 1998 by Earl A. McCoy, Sr., and was brought about by the overwhelming desire of students thoughtout Connecticut requesting that he continue a program called "CHOICES" within their school. Unfortunately, the program was sponsor by a Telecom Company but due to funding it was cancelled. However, Earl saw a need and with the help of his wife they founded Making A Difference Foundation, Inc. (MADF).
